AVONEST delivers to eligible postcodes across Melbourne metro — approximately 50 km from the Melbourne CBD, where available. Eligibility is confirmed by postcode, not by distance alone, so the quickest way to know is to check yours.

Choose your delivery date

You choose your preferred delivery date. It is not a "wait for a call" arrangement — the date is selected at checkout, using our own delivery calendar.

Delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
No Sunday delivery.
No public-holiday delivery.
Available dates depend on your postcode and on stock.

Pillows ship separately via Australia Post (3–5 business days), so delivery-date selection does not apply to pillow-only orders.

Next-day delivery

Order by 5pm to qualify for delivery on the next delivery day. This applies to eligible orders within our Melbourne service area, where the item is in stock. Pre-sale items are excluded. Because Sunday is not a delivery day, an order placed by 5pm on Friday can be delivered Saturday, and an order placed by 5pm on Saturday is delivered Monday.

If your order does not qualify for the next delivery day, you can still choose a later delivery date that suits you.

Upstairs carrying

We can carry your bed frame up the stairs and into the room — not just to the doorstep — within our Melbourne service area. There is no extra charge for this.

Free assembly

Assembly is included at no extra charge where the service applies in Melbourne. We will put the bed frame together for you.

The AVONEST bed frame is designed to assemble in about eight minutes with no tools, so many customers do it themselves. Free assembly is there for when you would simply rather not — it is an included option, not an upsell.

As with upstairs carrying, please tell us before delivery so we can allow time for it.

Packaging removal

We take the packaging away with us — cardboard and foam removed at no extra charge — where the service applies in Melbourne. You are not left with a pile of flat-pack boxes to break down and dispose of.
