Delivery Policy

  • Free and Next-Day Metro Delivery:

    benefit from free shipping when you select standard delivery at checkout. In our Melbourne service area, delivery days are Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Order by 5pm to qualify for delivery on the next delivery day, provided items are in stock (excluding pre-sale items). Because Sunday is not a delivery day, an order placed by 5pm on Friday can be delivered Saturday, and an order placed by 5pm on Saturday is delivered Monday. Check your postcode on the product page to see whether delivery is available to your area. The delivery dates actually available to you are shown when you select a date — if a date can be selected, it is available; if it cannot, the applicable cutoff or eligibility condition has not been met.

  • Regional and Rural Delivery:

  1. Regional Areas:�Expect your delivery to arrive within 3-12 business days. $80�delivery fee which is non-refundable upon product returns.�While we strive for your complete satisfaction with every order, please be aware that the initial delivery fee cannot be refunded in case of a return.�

  2. Rural Areas:�Really apologize that we�currently do not offer delivery services to rural areas. However, we welcome pickups for our rural customers. Please contact us at�hello@avonest.com.au�for more information on arranging a pickup.

    • Delivery Tracking and Scheduling:

      You can track the progress of your delivery using the shipping order number provided in your confirmation email. If you need to update your�delivery details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at�hello@avonest.com.au.�Our customer service team is committed to assisting you and will make the necessary changes as quickly as possible.� �

    • Holiday and Public Holiday Deliveries:
