Warranty

Mattress 12-Year Warranty

Coverage:

Indentations or sagging greater than 3.5 cm on the mattress surface when no weight is applied.

Mattress dimensions falling short by more than 5 cm from the Australian standard in any direction.

Failure of the mattress to expand to its full advertised size within 60 days of regular use.

Important Considerations:

Normal wear includes a slight sagging (less than 3.5 cm) as foam materials may soften with use.

Sagging extent is influenced by usage patterns and frequency.

Proper Use and Support:

The AVONEST Mattress must be used on flat, solid surfaces providing proper air circulation. Use on flexi slats, sprung slats, or adjustable bed bases may not support the mattress correctly and will void the warranty.

For slatted bases, slats should be no more than 8 cm apart to ensure adequate support.

Additional Information:

Incorrect base use will void the warranty. For detailed terms and guidelines, please visit our warranty page.
