Why We Only Deliver to One City — Melbourne
Most bed-frame brands ship nationwide. We deliberately don't.
You can buy a bed frame from any national brand — then wait a week, haul a 30-kilo box up the stairs yourself, assemble it from a diagram yourself, and deal with a floor full of cardboard yourself. We've watched too many people get stuck right there. So Avonest made the opposite choice: we deliver to one city, Melbourne, only. The smaller our radius, the more we can do for you.
Serving one city means these are the standard, not surcharges:
- Next-day delivery, often. Across Melbourne metro, your frame and mattress can arrive as soon as the next day.
- You pick the delivery date. We built our own module, in code, so you choose a date that suits you at checkout — not "wait for a call," but your call.
- Free delivery into the room, up the stairs. Need it carried into the bedroom or up a flight? Email us ahead and we'll arrange it — at no extra cost.
- Free assembly help, packaging taken away. Want us to put it together and take the cardboard and foam with us? Tell us ahead — same answer, also free.
These aren't an "add-on service tier." They're the default, made possible precisely because we only cover one city.
